Refund Policy – Plam Store

At Plam Store, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a secure shopping experience. Our 7-day Refund Policy ensures that customers receive products as described. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. 7-Day Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery if:
✅ You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).
✅ The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
✅ The item is significantly different from its description.

Note: Refunds are only applicable for defective or incorrect items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind or accidental purchases.
Used, worn, or damaged products (unless they arrived defective).
Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).
Digital products & software downloads.
Personalized/customized products.
Health & hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, masks).
❌ Items marked as "Final Sale" or non-returnable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Submit a Refund Request

  • Go to "My Orders" on Plam Store.
  • Select the order and click “Request Refund” within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear proof (photos/videos) of the issue.

Step 2: Seller Review & Approval

  • The seller will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, the seller may request a return before issuing a refund.

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Refund Methods

💳 Credit/Debit Card Payments → Refunded to the same card.
📱 Mobile Wallets/Bank Transfer → Refunded to the registered wallet/account.
🎟 Plam Store Credits (if applicable) → Refund added to your store wallet for future purchases.

5. Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • If the order is already shipped, refunds will be processed only if the product meets refund criteria.
