Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, Plam Store only ships within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within Pakistan. Please note that delivery times can vary due to factors like strikes, weather, or other unexpected issues.

How do I place an Order?

To place an order:

  1. Browse through our product categories or use the search bar to find the item you want.
  2. Click on the Add to Cart button for the product you wish to purchase.
  3. Once you're ready to checkout, click on the Cart icon, and proceed to Checkout.
  4. Enter your shipping details, select your preferred payment method, and review your order.
  5. Click Place Order to complete your purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel or change your order only before it has been shipped. To do so:

  1. Log in to your Plam Store account.
  2. Go to My Orders and select the order you want to modify.
  3. Contact our customer support at care@plamstore.com or call us at 0 322 589 8526 to request cancellation or changes.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled, but you can request a return according to our Return Policy.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, we recommend creating an account for a faster checkout process, order tracking, and exclusive offers. You can create an account easily during the checkout process.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order:

  1. Log in to your Plam Store account.
  2. Go to My Orders.
  3. Select the order you want to track and click on the Track Order button.

You will also receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped.

How Can I Return a Product?

You can return products that are damaged, defective, or not as described within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Plam Store account.
  2. Go to My Orders and select the product you wish to return.
  3. Click on Request Return, upload photos/videos of the damaged product, and submit your request.

Once your return is approved, follow the instructions to send the item back and receive a refund.
